You voluntarily provide us with that information when you complete any of our online forms. These forms include those used for donations, to register or RSVP for events, or enter your e-mail address to sign-up to receive e-mail communications form us. 
Any non-public personal information that you may provide via our sites will be used solely for the purpose stated on the page where it is collected.

Protecting Information: We use reputable and recognized database and e-mail communications systems that collect and protect your information and data.

If and when you make a donation using a credit card, including when you use an online donation form, your credit card information is secured and protected. Your credit card information is not visible to our staff with access to our database, so your information can never be accessed. This is why our team may reach out to you for updated credit card information if you make monthly recurring donations and your card has expired.

We expressly do not share or sell your information, or any part of our list, with any individual or institution at any time or for any reason.

How to Opt-Out: You can opt-out of our direct mail and e-mail database at any time. There are two ways you can opt-out. First, you can click on the “Remove me from your mailing list” link at the bottom of any e-mail blast we send to you. Secondly, you can contact our Development Department at 516.323.0011 and request to be removed. You can also request removal via direct mail.
