- I pledge to come out for safe spaces where LGBT people PLAY in order to ensure the full participation and support for LGBT people in athletics.
- I pledge to come out for safe spaces where LGBT people PRAY so that there are more LGBT-affirming and welcoming places of worship.
- I choose to come out by wearing a rainbow ribbon or ally sticker to show my participation in the LGBT Network National Coming Out Day Campaign so that LGBT people, including those who are family and friends, can be who they are, wherever they are.
